Overview
Book Your Teeth is a dental service platform focused on streamlining the interaction between clinics and patients. In an industry where scheduling friction and waiting room transparency are common pain points, they needed a technical solution that managed both the digital booking process and the physical clinic environment.
The Project: A custom-built web application featuring an integrated appointment engine, patient history database, and a live queuing system for in-clinic display.
Objectives / Problem
The goal was to eliminate the black box of dental scheduling where patients feel disconnected from the process once they arrive at the clinic.

Web Application
- The Unified Appointment & History Engine: We developed a bespoke application that serves as the operational heart of the clinic.
- Smart Booking Logic: We built a custom interface that allows patients to book specific slots based on procedure type, ensuring the clinic’s schedule is optimized and never overbooked.
- Integrated Patient History: Every booking is tied to a secure patient profile. This allows staff to pull up relevant history, previous treatments, and specific notes the moment a patient checks in.
- Centralized Dashboard: Clinic administrators have a high-level view of the day’s flow, allowing them to manage emergencies or delays with a few clicks.
Custom Logic
- Live Clinic Queuing System: To solve the transparency issue, we built a specialized module designed for public display within the clinic premises.
- Real-Time Queue Display: We engineered a visual queuing system that can be broadcast onto monitors in the waiting area. This shows patients exactly where they are in line and provides estimated wait times.
- Automated Status Updates: As the dentist completes a session and triggers the next appointment in the backend app, the public-facing queue updates instantly.
- Privacy-First Design: The display was designed to be informative while respecting patient privacy, using identifiers that make sense to the patients without exposing sensitive data to the room.
